Medina™
Soil Activator
During the April Q&A, a question was asked about
gardening and agriculture. Tobias offered information
about a biological soil activator and since then many
Shaumbra have asked for more information. The name of
the company is Medina Agriculture Products Company,
located in Hondo, Texas USA. Products that enhance the
soil include Medina Soil Activator and Medina Plus.
The product for septic tanks and compost piles is called
Actina. Tobias talks about Markain Water but it’s
not listed on their website. You might have to ask for
it over the phone. Geoff and Linda are very familiar
with the company and their products, and consider them
to be very “new energy.” Check out their
website at www.medinaag.com.
June
Shoud
In case you’re thinking about attending the June
Shoud in person at the Coal Creek Hall in Colorado,
please make your reservation now. It’s Tobias’
last regular monthly Shoud and we’re almost certain
it will be a sell-out. We’re limited to about
110 guests so we won’t be able to accommodate
everyone. If you’re thinking about logging in
online, you should log in early, during the Shaumbra
Show with Geoff and Linda. People who log in later,
towards the beginning of the Tobias channel, are sometimes
disappointed by the poor quality of the video signal
due to the heavy demand on the system. FYI, There’s
a good chance Hannibal Means will be back in June to
sing and perform live!
Beard,
Robe and Wine
Tobias had made a few special requests for his final
channel on July 19 at the Midsummer Conference in Breckenridge.
He’s asked Geoff to grow a beard, because this
is what he was used to during so many of his past lives.
Plus, he’s asked Geoff to get rid of the western
garb and wear a loose Mideast-style robe and sandals.
Finally, he’d like to have a glass of wine, noting
that Geoff hasn’t let him drink during channelings
these past ten years. Geoff has already purchased the
robe while he was in Egypt in February, and Jean Tinder
will use her seamstress skills to enhance it with crimson
trim. Geoff will start growing the beard in late May
and expects (hopes) it to be grown in by July. The staff
will start sampling wine for Tobias at the earliest
possible date.
Soil
Facts
•
Soil is a living system.
•
Soil contains 0.01% of the Earth's water.
•
Soil is 49% Oxygen, 33% Silicone, 7% Aluminum, 4% Iron,
and 2% Carbon.
•
Fifty percent of soil is air and water. The rest is
mineral and organic material.
•
In one gram of soil, the number of bacteria ranges from
100,000 to several billion.
•
There are 5000 to 7000 different species of bacteria
in one gram of soil.
•
The total living matter in an acre of soil ranges from
5000 to 20,000 pounds.
•
Each year, 15 tons of dry soil per acre pass through
earthworms. Earthworms eat soil to get the organic materials
in it. The rest passes through them.
•
About 42 centuries ago, the Chinese used a soil map
to determine taxation amounts.
•
Soil develops from geologic materials such as rocks,
glacial deposits, granite, limestone, and stream sediments.
•
Soil is often at the bottom of the food chain. Plants
and small invertebrates feed off of the soil and animals
feed off of the plants.
•
Over 1.1 billion pounds of pesticides worth 25 billion
dollars are used each year, much of it ending up in
the soil. That is over 4 pounds per person.
•
Soil supplies the water and nutrients necessary for
plant growth.
•
Around one acre of land is use to supply the food for
each person in the world.
•
An acre of corn gives off 4,000 gallons of water a day
in evaporation.
•
Soil needs to provide 4,000 gallons of water to grow
one bushel of corn and 11,000 gallons of water to grow
one bushel of wheat.
•
There are more living organisms in a cubic foot of soil
than there are people in China.
•
An 18-hole golf course supplies enough oxygen for 6,000
to 8,000 people.
•
It takes 100 to 600 years to form an inch of topsoil.
•
In a 100-year period, a water molecule spends 98 years
in the ocean, 20 months as ice, about two weeks in lakes
and rivers, and less than a week in the atmosphere.
That leaves approximately three months time in the ground.
•
The average quarter acre lawn contains 50 to 250 earthworms.
•
The average person in the U.S. uses seven trees a year
in paper, wood and other products from trees.
•
Fewer acres of land are farmed than are used for timber
and wood products.
